Booking a show is as easy as one, two, three!

2. READ ABOUT MILEAGE

Just a heads-up—Brett lives in Fort Worth and sometimes adds a mileage fee depending on the distance. If your event is over an hour away, it’s a $40 travel fee; over two hours, it’s $80. (He doesn’t factor in traffic—just the drive time.) And while he loves to travel, anything more than three hours from Fort Worth is a bit too far for him to swing.

 

3. FILL OUT A CONTRACT

Just a quick form to fill out, and we’ll be good to go! Once you submit it, Brett gets an instant alert on his phone so he can reach out right away. Most shows are booked and invoices sent within 24 hours—easy peasy!

Performance Agreement Summary

Brett Roberts Will Provide:

  • A professional, engaging performance
  • All show props
  • A sound system

Client Will Provide:

  • A working outlet within 20 feet of the performance area
  • An empty 10×10-foot performance space with no tables or chairs
  • Convenient parking near the venue
  • If a show is canceled, payment is waived unless the show is canceled on the day it is scheduled

Additional Notes:

  • Outdoor shows run 30 minutes; indoor shows run 45 minutes
  • Outdoor Bubble shows need a 12×12 grassy area or a stage with no acts after (it gets slippery!)
  • LEGO STEAM workshops need a table
  • Please list a cell number for day-of contact

Final Note: This agreement supersedes all other agreements
